About
About Anaphase
Anaphase makes research software for the laboratory bench.
The four tools cover four everyday jobs: plotting and testing data, analysing flow cytometry, designing constructs and drawing figures. Each one runs in the browser, keeps your data on your machine by default, and says plainly what it supports and what it does not.
Anaphase is named after the stage of cell division when sister chromatids separate and move to opposite poles; the mark shows two chromatids on their way.
Principles
- Describe each product in its own terms and state its limits in the same words across all four: Supported, Implemented with validation partial, Partial, Not supported.
- Show the method, options and version behind a result, so you can check it.
- Keep research data with the researcher unless they choose to send it somewhere.
- Make AI optional, show what it will send before it sends it, and treat its output as a draft.
Status
All four products are in beta. BioPlot, SideScatter and BioSmith are public research betas; BioGlyph is an invite-only beta. They are for research use only and not for clinical, diagnostic or treatment decisions.
